I was born in 1980 in Slovakia but Ive been living in London since 1999. I graduated from Chelsea School of Art and Design in 2006.

I get inspired by working with different textures and surfaces such as shells, pods, nuts or cocoons. I aim for my finished art-works to feel organic and alive, often looking like they came from the bottom of the sea, which tends to fit well in contrast with polished interiors. Despite the human hand is so prevalent in my work, one could almost believe that they are able to change forms independently. There is something of the supernatural or alien about them.
